Presentation Proposals

We seek experts to submit presentation proposals on evidence-based practices that result in the smooth transition from school to adult life for youth with disabilities. Our sessions focus on the following categories:

• Student-Focused Planning
• Family Involvement
• Interagency Collaboration
• Student Development
• Program Structure

Presentation Proposals will be accepted until October 4, 2024.

The presentations will be scored and final decisions will be made at the end of October. Presenters and their representatives are prohibited from advertising and/or selling products or services before, during, or after concurrent session presentations.
