Rates

Early Bird Registration | $195 (Received by 11/24/09)
Regular Registration | $215 (Received by 01/15/10)
Late Registration | $235 (Received by 02/08/10; There will be no on-site registration without prior approval.)

To encourage the attendance of parents and youth with disabilities (16 and older), TTC is now offering a reduced registration rate of $100/person for these individuals. Information about parent and student stipends will be posted soon.

Refunds will be available for cancellations made before the Early Bird Registration deadline; however, a $50 processing fee will be deducted from the refund. Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded. Substitutions made without 10 days prior notice will require a $50 processing fee.

Conference Details

• Participants may pick up conference packets at the registration desk
  Sunday evening from 5–8 pm; Monday and Tuesday from 7:30 am–5 pm; and on Wednesday from 8 am–noon.
• Name badges, distributed at the registration desk, will be required for
  entrance into all conference sessions and activities.
• CPE credits will be noted on the conference attendance certificate.
• To secure priority registration rates, payment must be remitted by the deadline. Registration is not complete without payment. Purchase orders must be paid within 30 days from date of invoice. Refunds will be available for cancellations made before 01/15/10 and require a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded.
